Wall appliance cabinet that is meant to sit on the countertop to hide appliances, it will have an open floor and no bottom rail. It features Blum Lift-Up & Away Hinges to allow the door to lift up and away from the face frame of the cabinet. It will be shipped with a support bracket to be removed before cabinet installation.

1 door blind base corner cabinet with 1 drawer and (1) 18" deep shelf. The actual width is 30", but the cabinet must be pulled at least 6" from the corner, taking up 36" of wall space. It can be pulled a max of 9", taking up 39" of wall space. The door width is 8-7/8" and the blind opening width is 8-11/32". A filler must be used between the blind and the adjacent cabinet so the doors and drawers are able to open without interference. The filler must be purchased separately. Black, adjustable, plastic furniture feet will also be included which will add 3-3/4" to 5-3/8" to the 30" height.
