Top section above the pilaster is 4" tall, and bottom section below the pilaster is 6-1/4" tall. 2" will need to be trimmed from the top or bottom before installation. **Pilasters are handmade and may therefore feature inconsistencies in shape or form. These are in no way considered defects**
